The blows were caused by a 3 foot length, 4 inches square construction lumber which had accidentally slipped from above. The lumber knocked off the air sampler box from my hand and the latter rolled to the ground, crashing on the spot. When I retrieved the box, it was twisted and damaged beyond repair.
I was immediately taken to a nearby hospital. The medical examiner confirmed the dislocation on my shoulder. My hand is now in a sling as it cannot support itself. At this point, my left arm cannot grip anything because of the deep injury accrued. The things that were damaged include
