Dear sir/madam, RE: INQUIRY ON CHEMICAL COMPONENTS OF YOUR PAINTS The purpose for which I am writing thisletter is to inquire about the amount and size of chemical components used in the production of your paints. This is a follow up of my recent visit to one of your retail outlets whereby, I noticed that the paints do not give a complete description of the quality and quantity of their chemical composition.I am specifically interested in your company because for a while now I have been following up your companies’ products though events, exhibitions, interviews and web research.

I have also watched your advertisements in the press and print media, and I am almost convinced that you sell one of the best paints there is.I am an amateur real estate developer who has recently joined the business, and I am doing research on materials that are relevant in setting up of buildings. I am specifically focusing on the kind that would best suit the needs and preferences of my eventual consumers so as to attract customers.This information once mailed to me, will give me a guarantee that your paints if used in residential and business premises will not pose any health hazard to the occupants, and other people who will have access to the buildings; it will also give me an insight on the longevity of your paints as I intend to minimize costs of periodic applications in the future.
