Business letter Business letter 2456 Red Street, Brooklyn, NY, 22205, 2456 Red Street, December Mark James, Branch Manager,Expansys USA Inc.Olympia, WA 98502 Dear MarkI am writing to express my displeasure about quality of Nokia Lumia 830 I purchased at your store. In addition, I wish to inform you about the poor service I received when I contacted your support team for assistance on November 30th, 2014.I visited your outlet on November 29th, 2014. After detailed analysis and comparison of the enormous and exquisite collection of phones in stock, I purchased the Lumia phone.
On that day, your employees showed concern and were so helpful. I proceeded to pay for the item and requested to be wrapped nicely since I intended to present it as a birthday gift for my brother. Having been a frequent customer to the store, I highly trusted your services and I never bothered to supervise the process. Kindly visualize the astonishment and disgust when I unwrapped the item at home and seen an exclusively different phone from the one I selected. Even though it is also a Nokia Lumia phone, the battery life is poor.
Besides, it is of inferior quality and should be cheaper. I envisioned a quality phone that would make my brothers digital life amazing. Instead, it is worse than before.Later, I decided to call your customer support department. Shockingly, they put me on hold for so long. After which, an attendant handled me in an unprofessional way. He kept on interjecting me through the conversation and was rather rude.I have retained the purchase receipt of the phone. I will visit your store soon so kindly address this issue.
