In this article, Nicholas tends to inform individuals on more about higher institutions of learning and how predicaments can be controlled. In this case, he specializes in the line of e-learning where he explains more about it and how it can help students who use this technique in learning. There is no need therefore for individuals to have the mentality that online classes are not the best. There are those who attend classes where they are taught physically. In this case, not every student in that class understands everything. It therefore depends on the concentration and commitment of the student for him or her to perform best. It does not necessarily mean the lecturer should be present physically. The fact that that individuals who are skeptical of MOOCs give a warning that the real meaning of a higher institution lies in an interplay within between the teachers and students that cannot be replicated through machines no matter how classy the programming. ...Response Response The post has played a significant role as it reflects on issues that affect nurses. I concur with concerns that are raised in the post. The various pathways that exist in the profession should be viewed as based on individual goals. The nursing profession should be seen as geared towards achieving the goal of the provision of adequate and quality care to the society. Such people should be driven by a desire to serve and help the society. Therefore, there should not be discrimination to some of the nurses due to their level of education. Discrediting nurses from ADN program should be seen as discrimination. This is because those that go through this program have a passion of providing the required care. In fact... Response...
