(Affiliated Robin Cook Robin Cook was duly born on 4th May, 1940 in borough Brooklyn,New York state, while he mostly expended his early childhood to adolescence years in Woodside, Queens before he effectively moved to Leonia, in the neighboring state of New Jersey.
