Being an engineer shortly must entail not only a passion for technical work on my part but even knowledge of the industrial economy that is often coupled with socio-cultural awareness to figure out how I may effectively contribute to improving the quality of living. To meet such ends I try, since I can, to excel in academics, making it a habit to study in advanced courses which I struggle to cope with. Somehow, I have discerned that studying diligently encourages critical thinking which I believe is essential in all aspects of learning particularly with complex academic problems that require higher levels of analysis. I can imagine how crucial it would be to develop analytical skills and train creative faculties of mind for every engineer who is bound to pursue a career in the industry where it takes pure heart and determination to exercise potential achieving optimum results.

Besides scholastic endeavors, I could foresee much fruitfulness in active participation through extra-curricular activities by which to become disposed to communicate with different kinds of people with diverse educational orientations and cultural backgrounds. This would enable socialization that is vital to my growth as an engineering student in need of learning via individual effort and that derived from dynamic human relations, in equal measures. Engaging in organizations that facilitate such activities may direct me to satisfy professional aims in the light of understanding the world better and know thereafter what I can do best to serve it as I discover a rich source of ideas and values to obtain and impart by means of constant interaction with others, in and out of the academe.
