Exploring Online Training Opportunities Introduction Adult learning just as the suggests refers to a training designed specifically to improve the technical skills of adults. The type of objectives of any adult education practice differs based on the exposure of the adults and the level of their basic education. Online learning or raining on the other hand refers to the use of the internet to facilitate learning. This includes the use of different features of the internet in the learning process; such includes video conferences to facilitate teacher-student interactions and the use of online libraries among others. Online raining of adults therefore refers to the use of the internet in improving the technical skills of an adult. Such is a contemporary feature in learning and improving productivity in work places since the internet provides efficient ways of facilitating the training process (O’Toole & Essex, 2012). This proposal designs an effective online training of employees in an organization. The employees have a definite basic education and therefore Have the ability to access and use the internet in undertaking numerous activities including the raining. Additionally, the employees are busy individuals who spend most of their tie at the organization working thus require a considerate learning time table in order to improve efficiency. Finally, the employees have the financial ability t purchase the numerous learning materials required to facilitate online training. With such understanding, it becomes possible to develop an effective online training program that will result in improving the quality of the human resource in the organization. On job employee training is a vital tool used by the management in improving the quality of their productivity. The management must always improve productivity in the organization by ensuring that the employees have appropriate technical skills to enhance the productivity. As such, the management must devise appropriate ways of enhancing the technical skills of the employees through effective on job trainings. Among the reasons for the following online training, include enhancing productivity of the organization by equipping the employees with appropriate technical skills required to facilitate the production. To motivate the employees, investing in employees by improving the quality of their productivity motivates them thus improving their loyalty to the organization. Finally, the online training seeks to improve the appreciation of technology in the organization. The training sessions will make the employees appreciates technology thus incorporate technology in the daily production of the organization. As stated earlier employees have a basic academic and technical training. As such, they have the mental maturity to comprehend concepts taught through varied media including the online media. Additionally, they enjoy effective communication skills and are not therefore likely to face any challenge during the online training process. As people who can follow instructions, the employees will navigate through the numerous sites and features of the internet thus facilitating the success of the raining process. Employees are busy people. This implies that they may not have adequate time to attend classes and must therefore plan their time appropriately. Online training provides the employees with the freedom to plan their time appropriately thus learning at their convenient. In this context, adult education refers to the process of improving the quality of the human resource at the organization. As explained earlier, the employees at the organization have adequate knowledge gained through a series of formal education a feature that enable them to perform their duties at the organization. However, the fact that technology among other features in the industry changes so is the need to change the technical knowhow of the employees. Is validates the need for the online on job raining alongside. The adult education will therefore include training adults with successful careers. Their age coupled with their academic qualifications validates the use of the internet in their raining. Online training is a prevailing contemporary feature that enhances development in the society. As such, the adults must appreciate the technologies and use them in their learning process. Furthermore, as busy adults with varied schedules, the learners require a media that will convenience tem despite their busy schedules the internet provides effective ways of overcoming such thus validating the need for the online training. Objectives of the online raining 1. To equip employees with appropriate skills thus improving their productivity 2. To equip the learners with technological skills thus enhancing the appreciation of technology in the organization 3. To facilitate effective online training at the convenience of the learners Learning activities In the learning process just as in any other, the learner will undertake numerous activities all of which will enhance the learning process. Among such are attending online classes, these refer to learning sessions in which the learners will interact with their trainers through the varied features of the internet. Such features include emailing, video conferencing and DVDs among many other media that facilitate the interactions between the earners and the trainers. At their convenience, the earners will access the prerecorded materials thus interact with their trainers either in real time or in recordings depending on the learners’ convenience (Roessger, 2012). The learners will interact among themselves through the numerous online media including DVDs, mobile phones, electronic mails and video conferencing among other facilities. Such interactions enable the students to exchange ideas thus improve their learning process. Finally, the earners will take an evaluation, which will include group and individual exams. The evaluations are effective ways of determining the ability of the students to learn thus the essence of the entire training process.as stated earlier, on job trainings are ways of motivating their employees. After such trainings, the management must appreciate the employees by recognizing their efforts thus promoting them a feature that amounts to career advancement. The evaluation is therefore a vital process that enables the management determines the most appropriate learners to promote. Outcomes of the online training The raining will result in technologically literate employees. Such are motivated employees who will readily use other future technologies in the production at the organization. The online raining will improve the quality of the human resource at the organization by equipping the employees with appropriate skills to enhance the productivity of the employees. The learning process is an extensive one that will present new experiences to most of the learners. As such, the trainers must employ strategic techniques in order to enhance the productivity of the process. As the questionnaire alongside portrays, psychology is a fundamental feature that influences the productivity of the learning process (Falasca, 2011). The learners must therefore interact with the learners through the numerous methods prior to the training process thus influencing the positivity required in any learning process. With the positive attitude, the employees will appreciate the process thus work hard with the view of acquiring new skills using the equally unique technology. As discussed earlier, the basis of on job training is to improve the quality of productivity at the organization. With this understanding, the trainers must develop appropriate lesson plans with the view of equipping the learners with the desired skills. Additionally, the trainers must avail all the learning materials. Online raining relies entirely on the internet (Gaffney-Rhys & Jones, 2010). As such, the management must ensure that all the learners have reliable access to the internet. Besides the internet, the trainers must avail the different database and the online libraries to the learners since such enhances the learning process. The lack of physical ways of monitoring the employees is likely to encourage laziness. The trainers must therefore have effective ways of ensuring that the learners take part effectively.
