Personal ment Since childhood until now, I have had many observations, and among such instances, it is my understanding that amid different fields, mathematics remains one of the particular phenomenons that plays a significant in almost every aspect of human life. This is one of the major reasons that brought me closer to the field of mathematics, and until today, it has been an imperative and essential part of my life. Besides my passion for mathematics, I have learnt that in order to live life successfully, it is more important to recognize imperfect aspect of one’s personality rather than running after the notion of perfection. In other words, every individual possess different strengths, and at the same time, particular human limitations that enable one another to distinguish in this world. Individually, I am glad that I have been imperfect in various ways that makes me a mature and realistic person. In specific, I am confident while on the other hand, I often become altruistic that frequently have been a limitation in this materialistic world. Still, I feel that this combination of different strengths and limitations has enabled me to acquire success in my life, and will facilitate me in bringing some positive change in this global society. In addition, with confidence and intellectual maturity, I will continue to confront challenges, and will put my efforts to minimize adverse effects of my altruistic personality. Besides strengths and limitations, music has been a significant part of my life, yet I have a belief that education should be a lifelong learning experience, and that is one of the reasons of my intention to become a mathematics teacher at secondary level. As an advocate of lifelong learning, besides the secular qualification, I have continued to involve myself in the field of mathematics even today. For instance, during my secondary school, my interest for mathematics brought me in the advanced classes for the subject, and I was successful in acquiring a place in math GSCE that was a year early for me. Although I changed my academic field from mathematics, however, I did not allow myself to stay away from mathematics, and in order to continue my enthusiasm towards the subject, I tutored various students of the secondary level in the subject that was an amazing and learning experience for me. It facilitated me in revising my knowledge related to the subject, as well as it enabled me to understand the subject from a different perspective that is from the aspect of a teacher rather than only a student.
