Questions/Observations Question parents and other observers were attracted to their tables by the appealing materials, such as, leaflets and booklets that outlined visual and textual information on career development. Additionally, the speaker integrated persuasive communication techniques, which entailed non-verbal cues, gestures and use of welcoming expressions to attract them to their tables. In addition, there were event ushers that skillfully directed the students and parents to their respective tables.

Stimulating audios/videos on career success stories were displayed to attract the students, parents and other observers to their tables (Anderson and Vandehey 5).Question 2The information given during the event entailed strategies of developing an appropriate career path (Niles and Harris-Bowlsbey 34). In addition, the materials on the value of exams in career growth were given. Pamphlets, which described the speakers/counselors and their room numbers, were given to students and parents. Students and parents were also given video and audio files that integrated recorded career and motivational talks from other professional counselors and career guides.

Most of all, every student was given a diary meant to help him or her manage time effectively.Question 3The presenters were motivated by the value of counseling for career development. Similarly, the students were motivated by the assurance of their forthcoming success. Students were motivated by the privilege of meeting with their favorite counseling and career professionals. On the other hand, presenters were motivated to meet with young and brilliant students. In particular, students were motivated by the subject of optional and lucrative career paths (Duane 21).

Ultimately, both the presenters and speakers were motivated by the desire to learn and apply new ideas from the event.Question 4Both the parents and students asked questions related to how technology can be integrated in schools in order to boost career development (Anderson and Vandehey 7). Parents also inquired about free and cost friendly strategies, which can be implemented in schools to boost both career development and academic performance. The majority of the students asked questions about how they should prepare for their prospective careers.

For example, students wanted to know more about the right subjects to consider for different career goals. Parents asked questions related to why many students changed career paths as he or she went up the education ladder. Ultimately, parents inquired about the best environment for developing student’s career goals while at home.Question 5This event enabled students to understand how to achieve academic success and how to progress their career pattern. It also helped students to discover the oppression modes that can get in the way of career development, such as, racial discrimination, gender disparity and prejudice.

Moreover, the involvement of a presenter or school counselor in the event entailed conveying the right knowledge and skills to career growth (Duane 23). The students developed confidence in their preferred future careers, such as, teaching, piloting, nursing and engineering. Every student could easily share his or her views and opinions with their peers concerning their career goals. Furthermore, the students understood all the requirements of their individual careers and future professions. The presenter shared both theoretical and practical approaches of ensuring students pass exams.

In particular, the presenter outlined the basic ways that students will follow their dreams and career goals for the future.
