More people who aspire to obtain higher level positions in order to increase their disposable income are resorting to attain higher education as well. To a larger extent, I think the level of education of a particular individual should be used as a measure to design the job. There are certain positions that require the incumbent holders to possess higher qualifications. It is widely believed that education is the gateway to success and I strongly believe that better paying jobs should be reserved for people with higher qualifications in their area of specialization.

More so, I also think that this is a noble way of rewarding people who worked hard at school. This helps to motivate different people and I also think that it helps to maintain quality standards in the workplace. I also strongly believe that higher education is important as a result of the fact that people generate more knowledge through extensive reading and research. People who have attained high levels of education can brainstorm various situations and they are also capable of solving problems on their own.

Through acquiring higher education, the incumbent individuals can scan the situation and try to find solutions to the problems that may be presented. In some cases, theoretical knowledge can be applied to certain situations. Problem solving skills in an organization are very important since we operate in a dynamic environment. Educated people are likely to anticipate change and suggest measures that can be implemented to address the change compared to less educated individuals.
