Individualized Education Program It is true to say that the program can be financially accomplished. For this success to be experienced, there are some conditions that are put in place by the Texas committee to ensure that these students have the same experience as normal students. The environment provided for these students is not restrictive. They ensure that there is full support from the parents, members of the community and ensure that all special children get what they need without getting discriminated from the other students who do not have any disability.
The member of the ARD does not necessarily need to attend the meeting, but before this is done it must be put in writing. There must be a consensus between the parents and the school that that member of the meeting does not attend. This may be for the reason that their area of expertise will not be discussed in the meeting (Siegel, Lawrence M, 2011). Secondly even though the expertise of the member will be needed the member may be excluded from the meeting, but it has also to be in writing by the school and the parents. The member who is excluded from the meeting has to put it into writing that he is not going to attend the meeting, which is done prior to the meeting to ensure that there is a review of what to expect during the meeting.
I would recommend that the contract be renewed with conditions whereby I will ensure to follow up on the progress and see whether the performance is improving or that the member is still on the same position they were during evaluation. I would renew because the appraisals states that the member of staff can improve and try to give another chance.

...? *for you to complete, please SECTION ONE Question Two David S. Landes in his essay, “What Do Bosses Really Do?” writes in direct response to the work of Stephen A. Marglin, with particular focus on the claims Marglin makes in his work: “What Do Bosses Do?: The Origins and Functions of Hierarchy in Capitalist production”. Landes proposes that Marglin misinterprets history, and creates a theory which is “ideological” (Landes, 1986: 585) rather than factually correct. In the mind of Landes, Marglin’s premise rests on firstly the ideas that the employee used specialization of tasks to divide labor and this impose himself as “boss”. This position of control is not a productive one – it “guarantees the owner...

...Conflict Management Part 3. One of the biggest ramifications of running from a conflict would be not being able to solve the problem in any possibleway. This is because of the fact that when people avoid problems, they tend to go for the easy decisions which do not necessarily mean doing what is right; totally avoiding people which causes both parties involved to miss the opportunity to learn something from it; and lastly, running away hinders people to reestablish their relationship (Conflict Resolution, n.d.). I can attest to these above as one of the most common conflict situations I have been able to witness in school would be caused by the difference of interests and opinions. A...

...Q Ans. One character that appealed to me the most was Keila Pulinario. To start with, Keila seems and sounds very truthful and realistic. From her attitude, I could tell that she was not lying. She was not pretending to be someone, rather she was just being the way her real self was. This is apparent from the fact that when she is asked if she had worked on the task since last week, she straight-forwardly says, “no”, and when asked further, “were you going to?” she says, “I don’t know”. Her story is also very touchy. I was quite moved and surprised to find out that one’s best friend can be a source of that much emotional, psychological, and physical pain as it had been...
