I learned that school principals should have leadership skills such as control for them to produce results in their respective schools. Further, good leadership will enhance good utilization of school resources hence leading to better performance.

With this information in mind, I will be in a position to control resources at the workplace to make sure that they are utilized for the intended purpose. It is also important to be morally upright since this encourages social advocacy. In this sense, I will be able to capture the attention of many clients thus making the business sustainable and productive.
