I learned that school principals should have leadership skills such as control for them to produce results in their respective schools. Further, good leadership will enhance good utilization of school resources hence leading to better performance.

2. What does this mean for me?
This will enable me to make decisions that are rational and not porous to the institution that I work for.

3. Now what am I going to do about it (Or with)? What I have learned or experienced?
With this information in mind, I will be in a position to control resources at the workplace to make sure that they are utilized for the intended purpose. It is also important to be morally upright since this encourages social advocacy. In this sense, I will be able to capture the attention of many clients thus making the business sustainable and productive.
