The paper tells that when personal well-being is on the line people tend to lay differences aside to cooperate. At the accomplishment of a particular task, some would revert to introverted behavior while others would revel in the victory. Nevertheless, the threat of discomfort as caused by natural consequences is one good motivator to help people who are not such team players get into the habit of becoming an integral part of a group effort. We learned how to communicate effectively. Again, the impetus for the preservation or accusation of creature comforts often motives people who are not so inclined toward effective communication to delve past their own insufficiencies in language and non-verbal behavior. Those who are given to meaningless small talk in daily society find that perpetual commentary on their own thought patterns is radically unnecessary. Those who are given to silence find that in order to negotiate the path of least resistance toward a goal they must speak up from time to time. This is the nature of nature. It tends to bring about certain survival behaviors while quelling those that are not so helpful to individual survival. We learned to respect each other's individuality. We differed in origins. We differed in personalities. We differed physically. We differed in knowledge. We differed in skills.

This helps boys to focus on their work. Presence of single gender enhances the confidence and comfort level of student as opposite gender cannot criticize the work of other gender. In single gender schools, girls can come without working too much on their physical and facial appearance.
To Aristotle, learning to do things through experience is better than learning to do things by being taught (Curren, 2000).An individual has to acquire knowledge and skillsthrough the experience.While, Kolb defines experiential learning as a process that involves real life experience in acquisition of knowledge and skills and its elements are experience, observation, reflection and experimentation (Ozmon and Craver, 1986).
Depression has been a common problem afflicting people all over the world. It is estimated that currently, about 19 million Americans are living with depression (Reinberg 23). Individuals who experience depression often show specific characteristics. Initially, they may dissociate from activities that they previously enjoyed.
As a drama teacher, I have come to learn that it is essential to be flexible, sensible, and multidimensional in thinking in creative drama to make learning environment interesting to the pupils. These elements and principles often influence the pupils’ fluency, thinking, and independent interactive.
That is also the case with religious schools and their influence on the shaping of the lives of their students. For example, dangerous religious denominations that are based on fanatical or extremist doctrines have the power to shape negatively their students.
For the student who speaks only a minority language, bilingual education is a controversial program that not only enhances their education, but also benefits society as well.
