Analyze the scope of comparative Education: The instructor takes through the various perspectives that comparative education is covered.

Group discussion Assignment test: The group is to discuss and give an example of a topic in education that they would study in each of the five scopes they covered above. The instructor acts as a resource person.

Methodological approaches to the study of comparative Education: selective cultural borrowing, statistical method, historical method, and scientific approaches: The students are taken through the different approaches in comparative Education. Students take notes from the instructor asking and answering questions in an interactive forum both the instructor engages in this.

Review of the lesson: The lesson is summarized using the question-and-answer method presentation.

Assignment research question, Merits, and Demerits of each approach of comparative education: Students attempt the question using all available resources including the library.

By the end of the lesson, the learner should be able to Compare and contrast education systems in the world Cuba France, the United States, England, and the rest of the world. Students should also be able to criticize the education systems in these countries.

Review the previous Lesson: Asking and answering questions.

Education Systems in Cuba and the United States: The instructor to take the students through the education systems in the different countries, the aims of education in Cuba and the USA, and their structure of education through lecture methods and PowerPoint presentations.

The education system in England and France: The instructor takes the students through the education systems in the UK, France, and their respective structures and aims. Through PowerPoint presentation, Lecture method, and also conference method.

Education systems of the rest of the world: 

Briefly, the instructor runs through the education systems in the world giving key interest on the conspicuous factors. Student form groups where they can discuss the lesson and summarize it in their notes. Students should also take this opportunity to citizen different education systems and give their preferences then each group presents its work.
