On the one hand, the above-mentioned roles in a team are essential. As for “Coordinators,” they are necessary for the team, because they divide responsibilities, lead communication between team members, and take responsibility for the working process. As Belbin defined the contribution of “Coordinators,” they “focus on the team’s objectives, draw out team members and delegate work appropriately” (‘Team Roles’, 2011). To clarify and guarantee that decisions of “Co-ordinators” are logical and rational, “Monitor Evaluator” is necessary with his “logical eye” that “required … to weigh up the team’s options in a dispassionate way” (‘Team Roles’, 2011). Among Belbin roles, “Plants” like no other supplement the result of teamwork with creativity, because they are “good at solving problems in an unconventional way” (‘Team Roles’, 2011). Thus, the contributions of these roles make the result creative, logical, and coordinated appropriately.

            On another hand, contemporary circumstances of remote business work on the Internet do not change the necessity of these roles. In advance, the names of roles are simple to fit different business situations that appear in practice (Hartley, 2010, p. 6). For example, “chair” became “Co-Ordinator,” and his role in keeping other members involved is even more important since a remote environment surely disintegrates the team. Nevertheless, the conditions of remote working lead to the appearance of a time-constrained environment, which is hard for scholars to investigate in Belbin’s framework (Oldfried, 2005, p. 5). However, the reality of both remote and real work shows that an only y combination of creativity (“Plant”) and logic (“Monitor Evaluator) leads to high results, as it happens in online marketing, Internet shop managing, or maintaining the blog. Thus, the concept of Belbin's is still relevant in today’s business world.

            To sum up, Belbin’s three roles, “Co-Ordinator,” “Monitor Evaluator,” and “Plant,” are essential components of a business team in any industry. In combination, these three actors enable the business activity to be innovative, dispassionate and organized constantly. In remote work, the importance of “Co-Ordinator” even rises, while other two roles remain important too. If only the size of a team does not fit the number of Belbin’s roles, the changes in its internal structure are possible. Although, some team members rather combine these roles than eliminate them from their team.
