Katzenbach and Smiths (1999, p. 13) study mainly deals with the establishment of the members as one single unit, while Belbins study mainly deals with dealing on improving the performance of the individuals within the team. Individuals develop on their own towards the makeup of the whole team’s improvement in performance and achievement of goals.
