Business Leader Analyses Alan Mulally Alan Mulally joined Ford Company in 2006. His leadership and effective strategies changed the destiny of the Company. When he joined, Ford was facing terrible financial crises with a low reputation in the market. The company had no worldwide amalgamation, and the products were not cost efficient.
