The Walmart company is also run through different guiding principles that help the company’s management make the appropriate decisions as well as act with integrity. Among the principles involve being honest and fair, respecting the diversity presented in their workplace, building relations that are free of conflicts of interests, adhering to the set guidelines at all times, cooperating with all persons in the course of the investigation, and even revealing information that may be useful to the company in case of any investigations (Walmart, 2015).

Through this code of ethics, it is evident that the company has managed to promote ownership within its members and even promote an ethical culture in all its branches in the globe.

As far as the code of ethics of the Walmart company is concerned, I agree that in such a company, there is no alternative but to devise a code that will see to the effectual realization of goals and objectives of the company. This is only possible if the company designs a strict policy statement that will effectively ensure that all the members act in an ethical way. The policy is indeed one that is commendable as it has ensured the company succeeds despite its many challenges.
