Good Motivation for the Future Profession - Essay Example

Every human being is gifted with some natural talent. Following the desired goals and objectives as per natural talent and inclination is the basic human right of every individual. However, at times, many individuals are often restricted by the social differences, norms, taboos, and hindrances which do not permit them to go by their desired careers. My case is one similar account of unfortunate event and proceedings. I had to opt for a path following into the professional career that was of little interest to my aptitude and it ended in costing me dearly. Respect Sir, I basically belong to the part of the world that is often characterized by the conventional professions and money making sources. These primarily include professions like business studies, engineering, medicine and other commonly tested and practiced professions. In such environments there is little margin for experimenting or going for professions that are little tested and little known. Before I put my case, I hereby state that I am not writing to question the system of immigration in the incumbent country nor do I plan to challenge it through the claims that I may make. I am here only to seek your professionally motivating and sympathetic consideration into the personal reasons which forced me into skipping classes and breaching the original terms of visa where it was conditioned to attending the classes and completing my degree as per initial undertaking. I will also attribute the reason for the overall debacle to the immaturity and hastiness from my end, believing that the dropping out will make my parents realize instead of considering the repercussions and the possible consequences and I hold myself directly responsible for it and do not blame the law, the institution or any other individual affiliated in the entire conundrum that is at hand. To start with the particularity of my case I render an unconditional apology for having violated the original conditions and thereby request a revisiting into the case with possible grant of a fresh visa or nullifying of the decision reached as a result of the acts committed in the light of skipping classes originally. Giving a history of my family, my sister is enrolled in the field of medicine study and she is going well with her goals and there are no records of her dropping out or any other event therefore I can indirectly assure through her practices and her presence ,that if I am given a chance to follow my desired goals, it will allow me delivering the goods as per expectations and conditions that are originally signed under the visa condition. From the early days of my school life, I had the tilt and inclination towards adopting the unconventional or the little followed professions. The one that struck my mind and heart was patisserie. Going by the background I am affiliated with, it is little encouraged and little known as a full time career and degree based profession. Since my parents were from the era that was driven by the conventional professions following, I had to forcefully surrender to their will and get myself enrolled in the customary and traditionally common profession of business studies. I got the admission and the early days set my tone for totally no interest in the opted field. The business studies came to me as something that I could little associate myself to, and I had opted for it only because of the continuous persistence of my parents which was in total contrast to my original inclination, my aptitude and my desire for free working. The lack of interest in the discipline led me to not attending the classes and staying away from lectures. The subsequent impact came about in the form of the university administration cancelling my admission and excluding my name from the list of rolls initially enrolled in the business studies degree program. Dear Sir, My student visa was actually subjected to the conditionality of ensuring that I attend the classes and remain enrolled in the course of business studies which was the originally stated reason for coming to this part of the world. Sadly, since I did not follow up with the classes, leading to the expulsion and directly cancellation of the visa. At present as a I write to you, I have been deprived of visa and I am legally not permitted to stay here in future. Respected Sir, I take the full responsibility for my actions and I am not writing to you to make any lame excuses or complain against the system and its working, I instead want the case to be looked at sympathetically and keeping in view my interest and my dedication towards working and studying in the field of my own interest, I believe it will benefit me as well as the place and country where I am seeking the approval of visa permit. I will also shed some light into the reasons why I want to follow the profession in the field of patisserie. The first and foremost reason is of the interest and affiliations I got with this field. This is supported by the fact that the patisserie industry is a rich one in terms of the people’s interest in food, in terms of the visitors who visit the region and also in terms of the variety of sub specialties one can opt for within this field. The added fact that I have been an ardent fan of such programs and guides and parts of magazines and newspapers that had the food, recipe and patisserie making ideas in it advocate my stance and reason why I want to follow this for the profession. I still recall from my schooling and college days back in my own country Malaysia where I used to watch the programs like “ Master Chef” and other tutorials and free videos on the internet and all were related to the food items and the patisseries making. Apart from the personal interest and liking, I believe I can contribute to the society in a certain way. Since everyone wants to spread happiness and comfort through their actions and education, I believe, through my education and the degree that I will acquire, which in turn will enable me practicing the field of patisserie making in a professional way, all this will help me spreading happiness and “Sweetness” in particular among my customers. Sweetness and patisseries can be inter rhymed and inter related and if I can add to people’s happiness through little skill that I possess, I will definitely be a much more happy, content and proud man in terms of the achievements by the end of my career. Another aspect to following the case is, if I get to make a good career in the given field, I will be able to lead the people by an example. I can perhaps go back to my country, spread the word, the idea and allow the people getting into the new and little practiced fields such as the patisserie making one. since every new idea and every new concept of a larger future prospect starts with the first step, my initiation and stepping into this field may well lead me to starting a trend for the people back home who may find a new way of living and perhaps add happiness to the society and increase the man power and contribute to the economy of the country as well. If I am permitted the approval to staying in the country and following the desired course I will work extra diligently and with the consideration that I have to deliver to the authorities and country that has given me a second chance. I believe it will be another motivational factor towards bringing the best out of me which will help me largely fulfilling the goals and objectives that I have long pinned against my career, my future and the success within. Previously I was enrolled in the two years program under the name of “Advanced Diploma in Hospitality” which lasted from between 2010 to 2012. My performance there and my overall achievements in that field are reflected by the grades that I acquired. These grades speak of the interest and the capability that I possess which can be transformed into practical delivering if I am granted with the conducive environment that supports growth and learning according to the aptitude of the individual. The aforementioned situation and reasons are basis on which I would request a reconsideration and re evaluation of my overall student visa process. I am willing to appear before a committee to present my point of view and also present my apology both in written and in verbal in the higher authorities demand. I will be looking forward to a professionally encouraging reply and response that will enable me starting off with a career stable enough in the long run where I can contribute to the entire community in a direct and indirect manner.
