The outlet will provide a warm and friendly atmosphere where customers can enjoy, have fun and eat sumptuous meals. Happy Breakfast will provide top-notch customer service and formulate infallible processed to avoid any kind of service failure. Due care will be taken while hiring the staff for the restaurant. As a policy, the employees of the restaurant will undergo training in their respective domains from time to time. Happy Breakfast will also cater to the needs of the customers who do not want to visit the brick-and-mortar store but want to have delicious meals inside the cozy comfort of their homes.

With passage of time, the restaurant will provide free home delivery on orders worth more than $60 within a radius of 10 kilometers from the Halifax outlet. The take-out/pick-up option for customers will be available with immediate effect. Happy Breakfast will offer nutritious, fresh and healthy food options to customers for breakfast and brunch. The restaurant will buy its raw material from local farmers. This procurement strategy will provide two advantages. One, the finished product will have the potency to satiate the taste buds of the local population and two, it will serve as a means of paying back to the community and discharging the company’s corporate social responsibility.

Another distinguishing feature of Happy Breakfast will be its extended working hours. The restaurant will be operational seven days a week. The management expects to get a large share of footfalls on weekends. Happy Breakfast will compete in the market place on the plank of differentiation by offering healthful food options only. This specialization will enable the restaurant adopt the price skimming strategy and charge a premium price from the customers. Happy Breakfast will be positioned as a “eat healthy, live healthy” restaurant.
