Sufficient funding to Hawaii University Providing sufficient funds to institutions of higher learning in order to support the education curriculum and other activities in the institutions is of key importance. This will ensure that the institutions programmed runs as expected without experiencing difficult hitches and will also ensure that the institutions acquires the required facilities that are needed in order to provide workforce and labor personals that are of the required standards and how are efficient. Many institutions of higher learning experiences challenge that usually results from lack of enough funding from the government and the responsible organization (Robin 67). This makes it difficult for the institutions produce a good quality of qualified graduates to the economy of a country. If the institutions are well funded, different fields of a country’s economy will benefit abundantly as the institutions do not only focus on the education sector, but also other industries such as the sporting industry. The institutions will encourage their students to participate in to such activities in order to nurture the youth’s talents, exploit the available positions in the organization and to encourage the students to utilize their talents, and use it as a source of revenue generation (Benjamin 34). Proper funding to the Hawaii University will ensure the institution builds the required educational facilities such as workshops, the up-to-date reading room and other required facilities to perform research and practical’s. Because of this, the scholars and the personnel of the Hawaii University will be able to carry out their ideas on innovation due to the availability of the required resources to sponsor and make the dreams a reality (Stanton 33). Innovations from the students will act as a major boost to the economy of the country as the students will be able to invest their ideas thus creating employment and generate revenues to the government through the payment of taxes. Laboratories will also enable the practitioners to perform practical’s which intern may help them come up with solutions to long term problems that have prevailed in the country. The students will also be able to come up with medical problems because of enough fund to cater for the research expenses and availability of required facilities (Jeff 12). Sports do play a healthy role in the development of the youths in the improvement of the academic achievements, their higher esteem increases and they face few behavioral problems. Students mainly are known to focus on sports to improve their competence, assurance, their character and acquaintances and finally for considerate. These are the five constructive apparatuses of youth expansion. Youth sport experienced in college stresses on the positive effects of life skills and time management combined with the enjoyment along the playing. The students also acquire a sense of morality that results due to the busy activities they are always involved. This is because they learn to balance among their books and their games (Wheeler 78). A college sport generates a professional level of revenue. This is the team players, irrespective if they are from colleges or are; professional athletes always have a highly paid coach. The materials used in playing are also expensive. The executives of the university established goal not based on the athletics achievements usually own college teams. The key aim of the institute is their educational objective, though sports facilitate to its achievement. This is because having team players who seek for the free tuition, free boarding facilities and a limited spending their living expenses. Therefore, most of the team college players are sponsored. There are organizations that navigate between large revenues that have been set aside for facilitating intercollege men players. An example is NCAA-the national collegiate athletic association that deals mainly in football and basketball among men in colleges and universities (David 101). College sports appear to be extracting their rents from the revenue generating athletics. They do this by limiting their payments and always requiring them to maintain their positions as the amateurs. The institute probably uses the income to buy the university facilities, financing sports that do not generate income and recompensing the coaches. Therefore, college athletic includes their non-revenue sports do operate at a loss. There is some evidence that shows that the college sports also have an indirect effect to both the private and private contributors (Jeff 83). In this era of consumer, orientation universities and colleges ought to appeal to their future applicants, many of those who will be the future alumni of future voters for the state legislation. This army will lead to their future success in sports. College sports on the other hands suggest for the idea of amateurism that they consider bringing about some market value. Societal gains also need to be weighed against the losses that have occurred due to the movement down the supply curve for the star athletes. As a result, producing a workforce that is highly qualified and efficient, the university will produce an alumna that has a strong economic impact in the country. The alumnae’s will also help in facilitating the school projects and encourage the less fortunate in the university fraternity by offering sponsorships to the students (Daniel & Andrew 4). The school alumnae will also help in establishing infrastructure and other development in the institution. The production of a workforce labor that is productive and efficient to the economy is also a crucial factor in the economy and the university itself. To the university, the alumnae will create a good reputation of the university. For the economy, the state will have the required labor that possesses the required skills to run the country’s affairs and ensure that there is a stable economic growth in the state (David 55). Good funding to the university will ensure that the university attracts students who are of high quality from all over the globe. This will be as a result of the good quality of education that the university will be offering and also, due to the availability of the required facilities to carry the education. As a result of this, the university ranking in the state and the globe will be boosted, thus making the university a preferred choice for many students. The attraction of highly qualified students will also ensure that the output of labor force to the economy is that of high quality and one, which can be depended upon by the society (Jay 47).
