Activities B, C, E, and F form the most important activities in the project, and a delay in any of them would affect the project finish time (Harrison and Lock, 65). The critical path of the project can be estimated by computing the earliest and latest start days, earliest and latest finish days, and the activity slacks. The possible activities to be crashed are A, B, and H by one week each. Crashing these activities would decrease the completion time to 28 weeks increasing the cost by $850.
