The customers around the world are working seven days a week and therefore their need to get relaxed is one of the paramount ones in the modern era. The changing psychological needs of the clients are inducing them to expect professionalism and rapid reaction in terms of fulfilling orders. The hotel chains are known to adopt state of the art information systems so that they can keep track of business activity both efficiently and effectively. Nevertheless management institutions are offering special training programs for waiters.

These training programs help them in understanding their role in maximizing customer satisfaction whereas they are told to act professionally at all times. Additionally they are guided regarding strategically placing the food in front of the customers so that they can reach it easily. The modern economic world has transformed into a service based economy and due to this reason world’s leading countries are focusing on providing services such as research and development, education, weapons research and even hotel management.

Based on the above argument it can be established that services sector will decipher the future of corporate activity. The need for strategically hiring employees is growing in every industry. But in case of hotel management it is proving to be quite a challenge because people devoted towards cooking are hard to find. The human race has became addicted to fast food and therefore lost any concept of taste. The lacking sense of taste has made the practice of eating messy and hasty and humans are finally forgetting the art of enjoying the meal.

However in modern research it is found that humans fear hunger and because of this fear they want to finish their meal as soon as possible. Yet the meaning of having a meal is lost. Literature Review The need for sensible hiring is growing while the organizations are fully aware of the costs associated with making a wrong staffing decision. The companies started to outsource the staffing function as the art and science of selecting appropriate staff became challenging. In modern organizations the value of having well trained and professional staff is well documented and acknowledged (Judge & Ferris, 1992).

In case of developing countries human capital’s value is rather low at present. Advanced economies are using the concepts of decentralized decision making and participative management, whereas they also noted to share profits with the employees to enhance their organizational commitment (Ployhart, 2006). The flexible chain of command and project based management allow employees to share their knowledge with the top management and strategic leaders permit them to work on their favorite projects.

Thus these factors create a culture of teamwork and synergies that ultimately boost organizational performance (Jones, 2010). Following are some important attributes of employment and employment conditions of the new coffee shop Employment Relationships The company will ensure not to use standard employment contract because it is outdated and obsolete regarding fulfilling modern employees’ needs. However the coffee shop will consider employees as partners and will also share profits with them at the end of each year.

Moreover the employees are given an opportunity to have annual and paid sick leave. All of these steps will be taken in order to boost the sense of relation between the company and its workforce. The coffee shop on the other hand will
