Kimberly Rogers has mental problems and is currently admitted at a mental health facility. Psychological conditions such as depression are known to affect individuals in many ways. This has obvious negative implications on an individual’s health and wellbeing and may exacerbate conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. The child prefers to eat fatty and sugary foods. This can affect his quality of life because she is consuming energy dense foods that are nutrient deficient. This will result in health problems such as obesity and other chronic conditions later in life.

Alex prefers to eat processed meat products which have been associated with various health conditions. Processed foods have dangerous levels of compounds that are not considered to be healthy. Furthermore, such foods are associated with an increased risk of diabetes and heart ailments. The patient in the case prefers snacks and processed foods. These foods are energy dense and are low in nutritional content. This will definitely have a negative impact on a individual’s health and wellbeing through a compromised immune system, and conditions such as obesity.

Mr Holmes can be described as a striver. He is conscious of his image, has limited income and is used to debts. This kind of lifestyle may prevent him from accessing everything that essential for a good health and wellbeing. Alex’s is described as a believer, he is slow to change his habits, bargains when shopping, and spends considerable time watching television. This lifestyle might affect his wealth and wellbeing as it is largely sedentary and may result in conditions such as obesity, and diabetes.

Kimberly’s lifestyle is described as an actualizer, and enjoys good things in life. Such a life style might impact positively on the her health and wellbeing as her tendency to look for good things might
