 What Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg have in common though is that they are innovators in their own unique ways. Bill Gates was the brains behind Microsoft. Nowadays, many people use computer products that were either developed or made by Bill Gates’ company. As a result, Microsoft has grown to become one of the world’s most powerful organizations.
Later on in life, Bill Gates has turned his attention to other endeavours, such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. This foundation has become the largest family charity in the world, with over $28 billion having been given to charity. As recently as 2010, Bill Gates, along with Warren Buffett, made a pledge that they would give 50 per cent of the wealth away to charity either while they are still alive or after their deaths.
