The film was released in the year 1998 in German and later it was viewed in different subtitles including English in the year 1999. The movie is also known as Run Lola Run (RLR) and it critically represents a life threatening condition with three dissimilar and alternate conclusions. RLR stars Franka Potente as the key character of the film, who has met with jeopardising situations due to her boyfriend Manni, played by Moritz Bleibtreu. Director Tykwer has dramatically represented the situation that was faced by Lola to make her boyfriend Manni free from the “die spiral.” In this situation, Tykwer has offered three dissimilar possibilities regarding how Lola strives to rescue her boyfriend from this severe crisis. Throughout each scenario, Lola encounters similar type of people alongside the way. In each situation, her timing defers the future of both Lola and Manni dramatically to an undesirable way. Describing a Particular Extract from the Film With regard to a brief understanding of the moral, RLR represents few major extracts that immediately define various situations undergone by an individual throughout his entire. Throughout the film, Tykwer identifies different aspects that have major influence especially in the ultimate consequences of individuals’ future. According to his thrilling work in the film, Tykwer has clearly represented that human choices, acts and decisions are often considered merely as a set of influencing factors. However, life also provides a chance; undesired obstacles or malicious evil that can significantly bring radical changes on the key influencing factors of an individual. In the context of the film review, it has been observed that the person with a dog who trips Lola can be duly accepted as an unexpected obstacles or a malicious evil that had major influence towards striving to her objectives (Ebert, 1999; Wilson, n.d.). Thus, during the screen play Tykwer has shown that Lola is pushing a baby in the carriage for his boyfriend. At the same time, flash forward screen play was also present in the film “Run Lola Run” with the aim of relating the concept of the movie with real life. As, human has the tendency of thinking flash back screen in the regular life, according to the past experience. At the same time, Tykwer has realised almost every human has certain belief on their religious aspects. Human also strongly remind their religious faith during the crisis phase of the life. In this regard, Tykwer has also used this dimension in his film with the aim of making his film realistic and memorable for longer period of time. It signifies that an individual has to face various situations in his life, which depends upon the circumstances, which arises in front of that individual. Moreover, Tykwer has tried to emphasise that different aspects can influence the major occurrence or actions of life according to the future consequences. At the same time, Tykwer wanted to represent through his film that human make decisions in their live according to various circumstances, chances, personal choices and also with relation to time (German Film, 1999). On the other hand, Tykwer also wanted to draw attention towards the evil influences of the human life. Apart from this, he also tried to highlight the ability of women and their emotional aspect. In this regard, the actual intention was to show and express the fact to what a woman can do for her family and for the need of her family. Including all this aspects, the director tries to empathize with the realistic occurrence of the human life through presenting religious belief related scenario. At the same time, Tykwer has also shown the importance of father and mother in a human life through a sequential representation in his movie. Additionally, it can be also claimed that the director has tried to emphasise that sometime people do or make some unpredictable choices in their life according to the situation, which he/ she might have never thought of (Ebert, 1999; Wilson, n.d.). The movie depicts the aspects of love and care under various circumstances. Conclusion Based on the above analysis and demonstration it has been revealed that Lola is the main character in the movie “Run Lola Run”. In this movie the director Tykwer has arranged the screen play in order to highlight the fact “The Difference a Moment in Time Makes”. According to the observation, it has been revealed that the story was highly emphasised towards the Lola’s character with the aim of empathising the actions and choices of Lola. Moreover, Tykwer through his movie actually tries to empathise the ability of a women and the importance of time in the life of a person. In this context, it has been also recognised that the director has tried to represent the character of Lola as a dominant character, who performs independently her actions in her life. At the same time, Tykwer has tried to establish an image of the character of Lola as a hero in this movie. Lola the main protagonist expressed several emotions and moral responsibilities towards the loved ones. Thus, conclusively it can be asserted that the director has established and gave a positive moral from this movie, which may have motivated and influenced several women of the contemporary era more significantly in a positive manner.
