Film The Trip to Italy Directed by Micahel Winterbottom, ‘The Trip to Italy’ is yet anotherinteresting film for those who are into travel and foods of the world. The Trip to Italy continues the experiences of the 2010 film The Trip. Rob Brydon and Steve Coogan are the two vibrant duos that has presented the film. The duo this time is going to present food from around Italy this time. The Trip to Italy is a fun hangout film, which is highly enthusiastic and tells us about the two lead characters i.e. Brydon and Coogan. The initial part of the film i.e. The Trip showed the exaggerated version of the two personalities who are sent to northern prt of England to explore food and to discuss about it. However, in the later part, which is The Trip to Italy, the scenario is a bit different and these two men are again sent to Italy on a road trip to six different places starting from Pompei and ending at Capri, Amalfi Coast. Both Brydon and Coogan has started liking each other and their relationship has grew stronger. They travel across Italy in search of the finest food and beautiful scenery. the film also tells about the weak and crucial relationship of Coogan with his ex-wife and his teenage son. Coogan is now more accepting and happy then before. He is now accepting and forgiving Brydon’s enthusiastic and happy attitude. The film also offers strong humor as the duo imagines a scene from ‘Batman’ makes their voices as the character of Bane and others. In short, the film offers great fun and enthusiasm for the viewers. From some very fine and expensive foods from around Italy to the beautiful sceneries of Tuscany and Amalfi Coast, The Trip to Italy is a must watch. 52 Tuesday 52 Tuesday (2013) is family drama film directed by Sophie Hyde. After few weeks Bellie refuses to meet James, still have the feeling cad care for her. The film shows that the James sexual transition becomes one of the major concerns that are casted in the film. 52 Tuesdays highlights a vision of intimacy and tonal consistency in the film. The film portrays a live change of a family due to sexual transition that changed their lives for the life time.52 Tuesday portrays encouragement for the people educing the willingness to experiment in their futures. Love is Strange Love is strange portrays about the deep touch life experiences about ‘Love is Strange’. The film demonstrates different feeling and emotional of the love cycle, the confusions, happiness and the pain. This film is one of the bets films I have seen so far. The magnificent performance of John Lithgow and Alfred Molina and Stellar is inspirational and heart touching. The character portrays true bravery in matters of the heart to overcome the hardships of the life and love pains. The film begins when thirty-nine years old wedded couples, Ben and George finds that the financial problems in their lives have lead their live on a miserable place. George has lost his job when the time of their marriage arrives. In order to stay in the city, George decides to move in with two gay neighbors and Ben moves with his family and nephew. They strains of being away push their relationship to break, but they both hold the relationship tight. The affections and the hardships the couple carried to struggle in their lives to sustain their relation make the film to be heart touching. The characters of the film have played their role well. The film is overwhelming and highly recommended. The film shows the true hardships in the real world that have influences several couples. The relationship of Alfred Molina and John Lithgow is so affectionate and realistic with a perfect chemistry. In addition, the background music of Chopin fits the story perfectly to induce emotions and affection. Love is Strange is one of the preeminent films I have come across in the Sundae Film Festival it shares a true and real experience of love and struggle in the real world. Cold in July “Cold In July” is a crime thriller film directed by Jim Mickle. The film brings it audience into one pace and then unpredictably the climax of the movie changes which makes it thrilling enough for the audience. The movie constantly shakes up the tone to where the picture can be trembling and schizophrenic. The thrill begins when Richard Dane (Michael C. Hall) and his wife Ann (Vinessa Shaw) in the middle of one night are awakened and find that an intruder is dead by Richard. Then the father of the intruder Ben Russell threatens Richard for killing him. The kill of the intruder and the police interrogation begin and this is when the real thrill and suspense begin. Richard is afraid to know that he might be jailed for the crime of killing an intruder. In the first hour of the movie, its plays as a slow burn thriller which focuses on Richard`s breakability. From the time Richard hears the sound of shattering glass he is in a constant state of uncertainty. Questions like, was he justified in killing a man even if it was an accident, how dangerous is Ben Russell & is the police working as it should, make then audience get lost in this deepening mystery. The plot of the film “Cold In July’ evolves around the gene of triptych, in which each of the three character demonstrate different moods. The film portrays a whole experience of detective crime thrill ambiance where the convict strives to overcome the allegations and interrogation to protect himself and his family. “Little Accidents” The movie is directed by Sara Colangelo, which features the story of a fatal accident that occurs in a mining town and its aftermath. Amos Jenkins (Boyd Holbrook) is the only survivor after the accident who is pressurized by the mining union to give a statement against one of the mining company’s executive Bill Doyle (Josh Lucas) who previously refused to reexamine the safety standards of the mining company despite of an objection. Holbrook’s impactful performance conveys the message to the viewers with an ease about the situation he is in and the consequences his choice can produce for the entire town. The movie conveys its message about Holbrook’s character in a beautiful manner and how every character present in the situation is monitoring his every move. The movie carefully combines the story of three individual belonging from different backgrounds: Amos, who resides with his father and has little; Diana Doyle (Elizabeth Banks) who is a married housewife and Owen Briggs (Jacob Lofland) who had lost his father in an accident and lives with her mom and brother. Colangelo beautifully delivers the atmosphere of the movie to the audience so much so that its authenticity can be felt in an adequate manner. Amos hesitation to testify against the employer constrains him in a difficult mental condition knowing the fact that people might get against him. Owen who intends to fit in with JT’s crowd try to impress them and the story continues. Compounded with questions of Boyd’s testimony the search of JT builds tension in the film that can is not sudden. God Help the Girl (2014) ‘God Help the Girl’ (2014) is an indie-musical film written and directed by Stuart Murdoch. The film is portrays inspirational story illustrating the lives of the misunderstood genius, lovelorn outsiders and the bad sport players. The film plot shares the experiences of these kids demonstrating wistful pleasures and blur lines to separate self-irony and self-consciousness. The film beings with the various female vocalist and music released in 2009 that is the major flaw of the movie, as the choice of the music is odd and uninteresting. B&S’s best albums such as, If you’re ‘Feeling Sinister’, and ‘Dear Catastrophe Waitress’ etc. are some of the best catching and interesting tones that are planted with the 60’s lyrics, combination of various British, French and American pop and folk songs. The plot of the film spots on the three characters ‘Eve’ frustrates Australian songwriter, Anton a sexy Swiss-German rock performer and James the humiliated guitarist. The plot of the film resides on the lives of its three main characters who have been struggling hard to achieve successful music artists. The film has one of the attractive music’s, attractive location and emotional insights but the film lacks the character development, tangible conflicts and emotional insight for the soft resolutions. Over all the film is a bight and cheerful looks that are effectively reinforced by the warm connection of the different characters. Young Ones The Young Ones portrays the future world with the scarcity of the water, the plot of the film illustrates the struggle of Ernest Holm to struggle and fight for his family to safe from the intruders. Jake Paltrow directs the film. The world is running out of the water, the film shows the near future scenarios when the water has become scared and the lands have become barren and wretched. The film begins with the struggle of Earnest to reserve the water for the survival of his daughter Mary and Son Jermoe. The character Earnest is a determined, strong and smarter person to make his family survive through little water. The little water has lead his children dehydrated and starvation. The plot of the film resides on the drift of Earnest as a charismatic personality, this may be one reason the film might suffer as the character of the film is so charismatic and incomparable. The locations and the scenarios filmed in the movie are one of the major appealing elements that share the experience of survival of fetus. The gorgeous locations of Northern Cape in South Africa and the music of Nathan Johnson is the mixture of old fifties pop music. Though the natural lands are fading due to shortage of water, still the technology is advancing. Appropriate Behavior The film “Appropriate Behavior’ portrays life of a Persian American girl name desire Desiree Akhavan (Shirin) who is going through her life in a cool, casual an funny way with a irreverent self awareness. When she meets Broooklynite who is a bisexual and going through breakup with her girlfriend Maxine. In order to overcome the breakups Shirin decides that the best way to overcome some is to lie with someone else. The film portrays various awkward sexual attempts of the character that are also referred as “Appropriate Behavior’. The plot of the film does not condemn any awkward sexual attempt or celebration because the sex in the film is portrayed as a very normal and healthy way to pleasure and overcome disappointment in life. Over all the plot of the film illustrates that the message that sex is healthy to overcome anxiety of life. The film’s dialogues are successfully written.
