However, modern-day lifestyles dictate that people have to live in cities with the usual luxuries that come with it. The question is that, just like those who lived in the olden days, are we not able to live, for instance in the deserts or jungles, away from the hustles of the life in the cities and still live each day as it comes? The Help Fictional Story Movie Analysis

...The Help Fictional Story Movie Analysis Background My attention and interest toward the movie The Help was drawn by a friend who briefed me about it. I got to watch the movie online and must admit I found it very enjoyable and educative. I found the movie to be a good reflection of what could have happened several years before I was born. The Help (2011) is an interesting fictional story about racism that was highly prevalent in the 1960s. This fictional drama tells of a story of how black house maids were viewed by their employers in the 1960s, a time when racism was at peak. This follows the fact that racism was legalized and practiced openly following the passage of the Jim Crow law. Despite the difficulties the maids face...

She finally leads the famous Battle of Orleans where the Burgundians betray her. Joan of Arc has a tragic fate as the young leader is seized, tortured and eventually burnt at the stake, however history soon immortalises the young heroine as she is later labelled a Catholic ‘saint’.

The setup the situation for their meeting with Macbeth after the battle has been won and lost. Of course, at this point, the audience has little idea about the battle which will be won by one side and lost by the other and neither do they know about Macbeth. However, even from these words, it can be assumed that Macbeth would be the winner of the coming battle since the witches will meet him after a battle has been won and lost. Macbeth could not meet them if he lost the battle and resultantly died.

This foreshadowing is confirmed in Act 1, Scene 2 where the injured soldier confirms that...

Falling Down Movie

...Falling Down Introduction After taking some time and watching Falling down a couple of times, one’s mind seems to keep pulling new information. I first saw this movie as a crazy man roaming around Los Angles, but after the third viewing I could see who this man really was and what he cared about most. At times he still came off crazy, but in his point of view he was the normal one. Joel Schumacher did an excellent job of showing the image and unconscious underbelly of society throughout this film. This essay examines the film through a deep analysis of its narrative and associated elements. The essay also offers a personal perspective on the film, and considers it as compared to Paul Haggis’ Crash and Mathieu Kassovitz La Haine. Analysis...
