As there are trees of different colors in the park, the administration needed to do some astonishing arrangements to make those trees add shine and beauty to the aesthetics of the park at night. Therefore, the administration has put in place a large number of garden lamplights to make nature reveal its beauty properly even in darkness. Because of these arrangements, you will not feel bored while visiting the park at night. Rather you will enjoy it even more because of the attractive combination of the natural beauty in darkness and the lamplights.

Along with adding to the beauty of the park at night, the lamplights at Maurie Jacobs Park also prevent the biking accidents that may occur due to darkness. Moreover, the lamplights also add to the security of the Eugene region by preventing suspicious people from hiding in the parks at night.
