Robotics is the commerce and art of robots, their manufacture, application, design, and practical use (Partridge, 2010). In the future, the use of robots will be consistently and soon robots will be everywhere; either at work or on our home premises. Robots will change all our lifestyles and the way we live in our day-to-day life. Despite many questions arising from all sectors; social, philosophical, and political sectors there will be answers available for the questions asked (Partridge, 2010).

Robots existed in the field of science fiction, where they were much more intelligent and they decided to take over the world in which people seemed to be inferior. In today’s real life, robots follow rules through the commands given to them by human beings (Partridge, 2010).  Benefits and limitations of robots for individuals BenefitsA source of entertainmentRobots are scientific machines that are made with the capability of acting like human beings through computerized systems (Weinstein, 2010, p. 87). They are a source of entertainment for human beings; both old and young.

They provide entertainment concepts from the different classification that includes singing, dancing, and acting. These robotics activities assist individuals in many ways such as the elimination of boredom and offering of the company to individuals (Weinstein, 2010, p. 87). Therefore, robots pose a high advantage for human beings as a source of entertainment in which human beings are happy to be part of the companionship. Provision of accurate and consistent task performanceDue to the error-free of robots, human beings are happy that their tasks are being done accurately with minimal errors compared to tasks that are performed by individuals.

Robots are computerized and are capable of providing accurate and consistent results faster than human beings (Weinstein, 2010, p. 88). This advantage makes it easy for an individual to prefer robots to undertake their tasks to individuals. Robots are fast task performers with accurate and consistent results.
