Many scientific studies claim that the current social unrest, the economic crisis has negatively affected the well-being of the nation in general, and the greatest concern is the state of the physical and emotional well-being of children and students – our future generation. Young people are convinced that they should not be ignored until they have health problems. Therefore, an important task of sport social education is to form in students an active attitude to personal well-being and awareness that sports are the greatest value given to man by nature.

As you know, our well-being is completely related to sport. It has been proven that people who exercise are happier and healthier and, of course, live longer with a strong body.            Speaking about the promotion healthy lifestyle for a sports player, it should be noted that students are in great demand for high-quality sports playing training to improve their quality of life. In the past, young people thought that taking care of themselves was a matter for the elderly and people with chronic problems.

It is important to emphasize that the personal role of young people in maintaining and promoting their health is virtually minimized. Gradually formed a completely unfounded belief that well-being in sport activities is guaranteed by itself at a young age, that any load, significant eating disorders, diet, rest, dangerous behavior and abuse of toxic substances, stress, hyperdynamics, and other risk factors, the young body can overcome independently.            Physical wellbeing includes vigor, energy, efficiency, and the absence of symptoms.

Social status depends on personal and professional self-determination, satisfaction with family and status, the flexibility of life strategies, and their compliance with the socio-cultural situation (economic expectations).            A personal body's well-being is primarily affected by a person's adaptive, communicative, and prognostic characteristics. It is about openness to new experiences, the ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions, attitudes towards other people, the ability to establish constructive relationships, prevent conflicts, as well as set adequate life goals, and find ways to implement them.

Speaking of the student as a person, it must be said that sport plays a big role to improve the health condition. First, the studentship is still a period of human development as a feature. Student age (average - 18-23 years) is a period of completion of the formation of the moral and ethical sphere, the formation and stabilization of character, and, most importantly, the acceptance of the status and responsibilities of an adult following their gender.

Many may think that development stops during adolescence, but this is not the case, and the importance of sports for students is highly reflected in the participation in sports events, in support of a slender body to maintain a good mood for student learning and develop their professional qualities. Due to sport, a student can easily accustom himself to motivation. Competition is an opportunity to learn to set goals and achieve them. Achieving success, the student does not stop in the improvement of body strength but develops more and more.

Sports playing culture and sports are not only a means of strengthening the condition of the student, his sports player improvement, a form of leisure, a means of increasing activity, but also significantly affect other aspects of human life: work, moral and intellectual qualities; on the process of self-knowledge and self-improvement, on the formation of will.            The process of regular purposeful sports playing education or sporting activities training involves forming certain skills and abilities, sport qualities, but also the mental qualities and personality traits of the student.

Physical activities strengthen wellbeing and motivate students to develop a personality.
