There has been considerable interest in work and leisure and the changing relationships between them; this stems from a concern with how society is structured and functions and the implications of policy change (Blackshaw, 2010). It also stems from a concern with the quality of life and well-being and the type of society we may wish to become.
This helped me understand the reasons for my sense of wellbeing, and as I had guessed, good feelings can also lead to good decisions. So much learned!
