In both readings, AMS and TSRA play similar roles of improving wellbeing of the society. They help in holistically improvement of social, emotional, cultural, spiritual and physical wellbeing of people (AMSWS, 2013). The indigenous international organizations also help in providing health services and social cultural security to the people. Land and Sea Management Unit’s program help in creating environmental awareness and maintain environment wellbeing as one of their major programs. The reason for disbandment of ATSIC in 2004 was due to lack of performing its core business and expiry of its term. The indigenous ATSIC was abolished and bipartisan supported policies were aimed at “addressing Indigenous disadvantage at the local level” rather than advancing rights through policies of Indigenous self-determination hence self-governance. The main reason for its disbandment is associated by deteriorating trust, among some of the Aboriginal community members, fueled by the prevailing, corruption, nepotism mismanagement and culture erosion among indigenous people who manage the organization hence losing public trust. The initial vision of the ATSIC was to provide the health system, the crucial mechanism for improving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Is-lander has provided comprehensive primary health care services the government should ensure maximum community involvement in this project and also avail adequate funds in ensuring that the project initiated by indigenous people do not fail but well govern by people who will directly or indirectly benefit from it. Some of the proposal by the task force recommends, establishment of a new framework for Aboriginal self- governance and delivery services program, focusing on partnerships with new regional leaders which are directly elected nationally to representative the body though, the opposition has taken a different stand on that.
