It will begin with the most important pieces of information first as it moves to less important ones. Because of Dale Crompton's reading behaviors, the indirect approach will be inappropriate since he needs to understand the important information required in terms of their priorities.

Information to be placed at the beginning, middle, and end: call for the acoustical study will be placed at the beginning of the memo, possible effects at the middle and finally closing with recommendations.                                                        

How long should the document be: the memo will be detailed with contents and one page long.

Consideration regarding format: it will follow a formal format since it is presented to the reader who owns and manages a company.

Consideration regarding layout and design: there will be a consideration regarding layout, the memo will have short paragraphs each having a specific subject it focuses on. Moreover, the memo will use a bulletin to ease reading.
