Extract of sample "Different Horizons of Life"

I realized that my opportunities were limited in the Philippines and decided to move to the United States. I chose America because I was attracted to the diversity of the American community, especially in fashion and style. The dressing is a form of expression and I always believed one should never keep themselves in a shell. I particularly admired this aspect of American models. Modeling was also something I had always wanted to do from my childhood. Apart from modeling I also valued education as beauty alone does not complete a person.

Beauty can be compared to gift wrapping, which may be appealing; however, the gift that it covers is the true treasure and what brings joy. I recently completed a Masters degree in education. Coming from very humble beginnings I enjoy helping others in every way I can, hence, in my free time, I partake in a volunteer teaching program. Teaching these children brings me unlimited joy and I hope in the future I will be able to do more for society.
