Ted Bundy’s tendency to kill women and children was depicted by his strong internal social control. It was primarily Ted Bundy’s sensibilities about what is right and what is wrong that depicted his deviation from the social norms. In his last interview that he gave just a couple hours before his execution by electrocution, Ted Bundy shared that it was mainly violent pornography that made him reach the stage where he could rape and kill women. However, an in-depth analysis of his life history suggests that whatever he did could be interpreted as an attempt to take revenge from women in general and from one woman in particular, whose name was Stephanie Brooks, who had abruptly ended her relationship with Ted Bundy for the first time (Montaldo). This can be assumed because all women Ted Bundy killed looked physically similar to Stephanie Brooks. Ted Bundy was electrocuted to death which was an example of social sanction made by law to deter similar behavior or practices in other people.
