Various reasons prove that the world is turning out to be an unsafe and precarious shelter. The preceding violence jiffies in Afghanistan and Pakistan, tensions present in Iraq and Palestine and other continued threats by the organizations of terrorists are causing severe hindrances in the world to move with the ropes of peace. The humanitarian positions in Congo, Sri Lanka, Burma, Darfur and Gaza are getting worse day by day.

This caused the failure that has been seen by the international community to implement the ‘responsibility to protect’ policy. The international global system for economic development, growth and finance has completely distorted with the prices of food hiking that leaves millions of lives famished in search of food and shelter. Due to global warming and dangerous climate situations, the planet has been regarded as the place in complete peril (Bourantonis et al 372). The background of the above mentioned situations has caused huge challenges to international peace-making institutions like the global governance, the United Nations and Bretton Woods institutions (Davidson 191).

More than 60 years ago, most of the international institutions were brought into formation after World War II (WWII); when the world’s most powerful leaders agreed on the formation of international institutions that will promote in the helping of humanity, in order to preserve development and peace.
