I assure you that you won't return to your complex one day to discover graffiti all over the front of your building. (Building Blocks for Youth, Fact Sheet 1, 2005). The other candidate that I do believe should be considered for a position placed within your company is candidate number 5. His background record shows that although he served 1 year in prison because of his crime involving credit card fraud, several years have passed since then and he seems to have been decently rehabilitated by the judicial and prison systems.

After researching this candidate's background thoroughly myself I feel secure in advising you to offer him employment. The Federal Bureau of Investigation follows all white-collar crimes, especially those involving identity theft and credit card fraud among many other types of fraudulent activities. Their fact sheet expresses the fact that those who commit white-collar crime pose no threat of physical force or violence so this individual would not be someone with whom you'd have to worry about starting trouble on the job site.

He also seems very sincere with wanting to start his life over completely and totally put his past behind him. We all make mistakes and being that he was of a minimal nature I personally feel it should be overlooked now that he has served his time and paid his debt for his illegal actions. He is steadfast and raising a family now, just recently married so he seems like a very changed individual from his past performances of character years ago. I also contacted the correctional facility he had been retained at to receive a review of his time served to record and I assure you even behind bars his record was impeccable.

No violent outbursts, fights or disrespect towards guards, etc. Again he and the other candidate are prime examples of how the legal system can rehabilitate and transform character for the betterment of society. These two individuals would definitely prove worthwhile to your business.
