Furthermore, a proposal on financial backing is necessary for enabling the health care facilities and medical practitioners to get equipped with the required treatment and management equipment for cancer (Day et al., 2015). The funding backing is also poised to reduce the current cancer treatment costs and as such, make the treatment affordable to the disadvantaged populations like the developing nations. Encouragement of the public to seek medical treatment will improve early detection of cancer cases thereby improving the overall treatment and management (Ironmonger et al., 2015).
