To promote effective working relationships in this care plan I will promote good communication amongst the staff and with the children. I will also ensure that each staff has access to the required resources for their practice. To make the staff aware of how I intend to promote effective working relationships among the staff we shall ensure open communication that will facilitate interaction with the staff. This will also allow the staff freedom of expression and participation. The staff will also be taken through training on how they will enhance relationships in the work place. I will also make the staff aware of my expectations of their contribution to enhancing working relationships by enlightening them through the importance of their participation in promoting effective working relationship. I will also create a base for the staffs to provide their views and feedback on the level of work relationships in the work environment (Whitaker et al. 2013). The staffs employed in the care plan make up a work group, therefore, there is need to promote good working relationships, health and morale for these staff so as to keep them motivated. Motivation among the staff enhances their participation so that there is efficiency in the work place. To contribute to the health of the staff in the child care work groups, I will emphasize to the members to take personal responsibility for their health. I will also show them the importance of their good health and wellness not only to themselves but to the children they are caring for. As a child care organization we will also adopt policies that promote good health for the work group by offering sick leave and medical cover for the staff. This will offer support for the staff in ensuring their well being. Staff morale is also essential in for effective performance of the staff in the child care. This is because when the staffs have high morale they are able to play their roles with enthusiasm. To contribute to high morale among the employees we the child care management will ensure appropriate payment for the staff, adequate working hour for the staff, enhancing communication among the staff so as to avoid conflicts. The organization’s management can also consider enhancing the staff morale through development of their skills to increase their competencies. It is important to always appreciate the work groups for any good work done, this acts as a reward for the staff. To promote cooperative work practices in the child care there is need to develop the work roles for each staff. This will facilitate cooperation since most of the roles are dependent of each other. The child care can also consider sharing of various resources. This will facilitate saving of costs as well as create an environment for staff cooperation. The staff will also work I groups which will cultivate an art of teamwork in them. This will facilitate development of a culture of cooperation in the staffs. In the hiring process the child care management should also ensure that they get people with the ability to cooperate. The management will also commit itself to mentoring the staffs so that they can cultivate friendship and a spirit of cooperation. The child care will also reward staffs for effective collaboration in activities. Conflicts and any other issues arising in the work place will be resolved through communication, mediation and attempting to look deeper to the cause of the conflict. Most conflicts in an organization result from conflicting interests and lack of work place ethics, thus, to resolve any conflicts in the child care we shall awaken the staff to have the interest of the organizations at heart. The management can also mediate in situations of conflict in the organization. Creating an avenue for feedback through effective communication facilitates resolution of conflicts in the organization. Taking disciplinary action against the conflicting parties will also facilitate conflict resolution. Negotiation and collaboration among the conflicting parties can also be a good strategy for conflict resolution (Gümüşeli, & Hacıfazlıoğlu, 2009). To facilitate work group activities in the child care we shall ensure there are objectives in place to guide the activities of these groups. We shall also encourage and promote active participation for all members so that all contribute to the well being of the organization. Practicing rotation of roles at some times as well as division of labor among the work groups is also an effective ways for supporting efficiency in group activities. To monitor the effectiveness of group works in the child care I will evaluate the achievement of objectives in the activities carried out by the groups. This will be reported by asking each of the staffs to provide analysis of their progress in their participation in the group activities. This will include their experiences and recommendations, concerns and achievements for improvement of their performance. Any concerns raised in the group will be responded to through correction of the staff and the excellence identified will be rewarded so as to keep the staff motivated to maintain excellence in their performance. To enhance professional development among the staff we shall adopt on job training, seminars and discussions among the staffs that will facilitate renewing of skills, knowledge and experiences for the staff. This will enhance their performance at the child care. Confidentiality of staff and the overall organization information is paramount. Every member has the responsibility to collect, use, manage and dispose information within the organizational requirements code of conduct.  In addition, every member of the group is expected to keep sensitive information in confidence. Every person is expected to guide and protect confidentiality of information in the course of group work. One of the ways that I will manage information is by restricting information, to the work group only. Information will have to be authorized before it is given to the members. The group members will lock all information in lock and key only accessible. There will be appropriate retention and discarding of used information. Moreover, there will be screening of information to ensure that it is genuine.  d) procedure for ensuring staff are compliant Information on charts and maps should be kept as simple as possible. Step-by-step procedures should be as simple as possible so that they are clear to someone unfamiliar with the plan Visual effectiveness can be increased by using color codes and large uncomplicated symbols. A list of names, addresses, phone numbers, and other contacts for staff members and emergency service agencies should be maintained. A pocket card listing this key information may be given to staff members for quick reference. Information on hazards in the facility and plans that have been made for community response to emergencies will be provided Information on each of the children should be available to accompany them should it be necessary to relocate in a hurry Emergency energy sources should be well placed in case of circumstantial interruptions. A written agreement should be put in effect with the other parties that acknowledge their participation in the work plan. A description of how the facility is to receive notification must be precise A description of how facility management will communicate is to be definite A list of responsibilities and assignments(s) of staff members for anticipated emergency situations is included. e) procedure for recruiting part time cook Recruiting first of all aged persons with work experience, timely care service and are qualified. I check through their personality and select the most passionate and patient however, an added chance of parenting. They must be flexible to rotate supplies and assure freshness of both serves and remains. They are required of a description of education, training, and drills required to ensure effective operation. I ensure they must obtain medical exams and tests showing to be free of active illnesses. I drastically look into annual medical statements or health questionnaires, and emergency medical information. They must have a complete criminal records check to determine if the person qualifies to provide quality and uninterrupted service. A certified criminal history check from the Clerk of Court’s office in all counties is necessary where the individual has resided. A signed Authority for Release of Information using the form provided by the Division is needed to finally be employed. f) supporting Melesse Mellese being an immigrant and feels a stranger she needs a little persuasion to fit, and inspiration to pick up her interest in learning. I will first of all appreciate her desire for employment and working with children then introduce her to, while ensuring she is kept around other employees three days a week, from whom she is urged to read and learn the care giving activity process with experience. While she learns the activities and is in a meanwhile given a part time task to handle middle aged children in small talk activities, she learns English from either sides while two days a week, I do take her through official literacy and social interaction to copy with the system. 2) Area Methods to maintain workplace sustainability Relevance to your work role and functions Environmental sustainability Reviewing emergency plans.
