Typically, every child contemplates on what they would like to pursue as a career in the near future. However, most of these children do not consider it a serious task to select their future career. Choice of a future vocation is not a merely simple task. The candidates ought to consider whether they possess the mettle to venture in that profession, in terms of their strengths and preparedness. Furthermore, it is pertinent for anyone making career choices not to view it in terms of popularity or level of intricacy. For instance, there exist lawyers, doctors, astronauts and journalists who aspired to become teachers, plumbers and cowboys at an early age (U.S. Bureau of Labour Statistics, 2012). Contemporarily, there are numerous questionnaires that can assist a person to figure out what their favourite and fit careers would be. Moreover, these questionnaires assume the role of skills evaluation, identifying the abilities and weaknesses of an individual, which results in a suggestion of an appropriate career specialization that fits the audited. Furthermore, there are interest evaluation tests and questionnaires that evaluate the interests of the student and protract the probable professional dispensations a student may have a profound interest. Having taken a skills evaluation test in the recent past, I turned out to fit into the education and tuition dispensations among others such as engineering and mathematics. Having taken the test, I turned out dissatisfied, which urged me to retake the test assignment for approximately five consecutive instances. Surprisingly, I achieved the same results in all the retakes I exercised (U.S. Bureau of Labour Statistics, 2012). Having been on tenterhooks regarding how science and mathematics would help me in my future career, I researched intensively online where I discovered numerous disciplines in science and math. I always perceived that if I never managed to achieve my dream profession, I would result into specializing as a teacher in the E.C.D. docket. However, as I contemplate it further, E.C.D. may be my future vocation. Furthermore, I suppose I have been playing the character of a teacher since my childhood times. Moreover, I also notice from my comrades and family that I take great pleasure in aiding other people out. In addition, I always preferred spending most of my time in class, reading. Therefore, I have fended off other interests in medicine and journalism that I have been contemplating. Moreover, I prefer the interests’ evaluation tests rather than the skills assessment in terms of the results I displayed. Typically, the interest assessment trial packages have a wider range of resulting probable occupations of my choice. Purportedly, the interests evaluation packages elicit several careers that fit me in the future professional arena, rather than the skills assessment tests that are shallow and restricted to few results, since, it encompasses distinct criteria. Additionally, skills portend demand more that interests, which everyone can pursue without the requirement of specific skills. After contemplating on the repercussions of my evaluations on the skills and interests, I ended up arriving at a discrete conclusion that handling young children was my most befitting application area. Having spent quality time and dedication to researching the demand levels for various popular professions, I found out that the early teaching vocation is overtly popular, and most people were in favour with the profession. Thus, I decided teaching and managing young children would be my future vocation of choice that I would pursue in the present and near future (U.S. Bureau of Labour Statistics, 2012). In accordance with credible sources, it is evidently clear that education shall undoubtedly be on magnanimous demand in the next coming decade from the present. Therefore, this fact extends to the incidence that teaching children shall be on demand too in the same percentage as the demand for education. Though, purportedly, private, educational institutions offer more that their public counterparts, the latter is in dire need of teachers than the former. Thus, I choose to concentrate on the public sector of this professional dispensation. In accordance with the current stipulations, public teachers ought to possess valid licence at their disposal, which extends to, the fact that they ought to bear the required academic testimonials and credentials. This means that they should have attained their high school diploma with a pass and possesses a further, specialized bachelor degree. Moreover, public administration teachers should also have passed through an official teacher recruitment program. Similarly, private school teachers may not be mandated to possess valid licences but may still possess bachelor degrees. However, the profession of teaching young children is nevertheless a simple vocation that everyone qualifies. Rather, it requires a divine calling to the early childhood experts who ought to be having excellent qualifications to interact successfully and communicate a sense into the intellect of the students. Moreover, teachers ought to portend meticulous qualities in terms of communication and comprehension of situations with various notions on how to deal with arising situations. According to a given research proofing, it is overt that the early teaching vocation is in perceivably skyrocketing demand, in magnanimous demand fields such as medicine, bilingual intellectual fields and science among others (U.S. Bureau of Labour Statistics, 2012). Moreover, less interesting rural and urban societies portend a consummate demand for teaching professionals. Notably, the less popular suburbs and rural districts are not in preference by most persons due to the depriving conditions existent there. According to my own opinion, I perceive that E.C.D. schools in the marginal areas have teachers who are revered than other developed areas. Furthermore, it is an overtly clear issue that schools are centres for intellect acquisition and intense training in preparation for their future. Thus, teachers bear the responsibility of propagating intelligence into the young minds of their students. This assumes the role of teachers to be that of guiding the scores of young people and urban children to attainment of their peak potentials in terms of survival and reasoning, which obviously, is instrumental and pertinent in their future lives. The young people need love, support and care from their teachers. Notably, skill is an advantage that is extremely helpful when an individual aims at carrying out a given task. Portending such meticulous aptitude traits works extremely properly to elicit the best out of an individual. Teachers are not an exception to this fact. Teachers ought to be competitive, requiring them to be skilful and overtly rational in their activities. This proves why most individuals purport teaching skills to be relatively intricate and difficult to other professions that require simple efforts and commonly displayed skills (U.S. Bureau of Labour Statistics, 2012). Additionally, teachers ought to be properly versed in other disciplines as they correlate in daily tending for the young children and working surroundings. For instance, science teachers require being knowledgeable in mathematics when they enter statistics and calculate their students marks and grades on their report books. Moreover, teachers of other languages ought to enhance their communication to their students by using the standard language in tutoring sessions. Moreover, most persons purport that teachers receive meagre salaries regardless of their tireless efforts to drive knowledge into the young minds. Contemporarily, students aspiring to take early childhood teaching as their vocation have to take various technological and computer related courses since modern education applies most of the related concepts. Communication is undoubtedly the universal prerequisite for teaching purposes. However, with regard to the financial aspect, teachers face a drawback in terms of the pantry salaries they receive. For instance, an average early development school teacher in N.Y. receives $40,000 annually, which is extremely, below standard (U.S. Bureau of Labour Statistics, 2012). Thus, it ought to be an initiative by the governments of all nations to look into the welfare of teachers, with regard to the immeasurable, high quality service they offer to their nation. This is because teachers educate the entire nation, without whom the nation would be truncated to an abyss of economic downfalls and insecurity arising from poor governance if the leader had not received quality intellect that teachers offer wholeheartedly.
