The same mentality is applicable in case of interpreting actual nature of an individual. Like so many diversities in the world nature, character traits and features of an individual also differ drastically from one another. Though we often find nature of a person is often compared with nature of another person or a group of individual, but in reality every human being is separate from the other. It is the basic qualities, expression of human virtues and reflection of talent separate one person from the other by the way of developing a secular identity of his or her own.

Though each person possesses certain degree of talent in his or her nature but in case of a limited number of individuals we observe that reflection of their talent is so high that people often fail to understand their actuality. Judging those aspects over their common conception of normality they often interpret exposure of talent as something beyond the realm of possibility and at the same time, due to such nature, those exceptionally talented individuals are treated in an ignominious manner.

John Louis Horn observes, “… variation in mental capacity is not the only kind of difference to be found among children. They also differ temperamentally in such a way as to make certain of them very particular educational problems.” (Horn, 1999, p. 4) Such variation in mental capacity or temperament or capacity to perform a job is a normal incident but it is due to such ignominious approach of the people to a particular group of persons that different types of neurotic problems occur at the personal level, such as, psychopathic approaches, nervous deflections and development of anti social tendencies.
