Besides, the form of governorship provides the citizens with freedom of expression and all other rights as expressed in the bill of rights. The government does not limit the individuals past the limitation of the established constitution making the type of government depicted in the US to be a democratic state system. Furthermore, the government has the government arms that represent those in the Democratic statues like the constitution and the parliament. As a democratic nation, various government levels are limited in specificity to the power of the citizens. First, the states are restricted in the control of the individual freedoms of expression. Therefore, the individual have sovereignty in the way they express themselves on the national matter. The government has limited power to the control of the expression of such persons. Besides, the government also lacks the authority to regulate the association of the individuals. The constitution provides for the freedom of the partnership of the individuals thus the government has no authority over the expression of persons. Finally, there are some actions reserved for the state or local governments and forbidden by the federal government, for example, the federal government cannot intervene in the elections at the local levels. All this makes the lower government autonomous as their interference from the central government has limits.
