Women and Girls Trafficking for Jihad Among the major elements that the Islamic religion greatly prohibits is the use of young girls and women for as captives for sexual Jihad. Although the Holy Scriptures term this act as prohibitive and shameful, it is still done in the open and in the form of trespass by the Tunisian women. Nonetheless, it is important that the reports should be used to put a stop to the problem of child and women trafficking. The unlawful trafficking of Girls and women for Jihad This is not only unlawful, but against the Islamic religion. 'Say, 'Verily, my Lord has prohibited the shameful deeds, be it open or secret, sins and trespasses against the truth and reason (Clark, 2013). The practice has raised eyebrows and worldwide concern when it was alleged cases of women and young girls' trafficking were reported. In this case, women and other young girls are forcefully captured and held as captives for sexual Jihad notoriously propagated by the Tunisian women. It stresses on some of the major sins that are condemned by the Islamic religion. One of them is adultery. It is considered one of the greatest sins in the eyes of Islam. Thus anyone who commits this sin is said to have done a grievous deed and therefore he or she must be punished for the sin committed. This becomes even worse when the girls or women who are used in the performance or propagation of this sin are trafficked and forced into the acts (Rashid, 2000). Adultery is strongly condemned in the Muslim faith since it is regarded as an evil that breeds other evils in the society. This is indicated in the words of Allah in the Quran, which states that “Do not go near to adultery. Surely it is a shameful deed and evil, opening roads (to other evils).” (17:32). It is an indication that regardless of the gender, Muslims must refrain from adultery which is regarded as the most evil and shameless deed. In addition, besides the evil in itself, adultery is also shunned because it also breeds other forms of evil in the society. In this case of the jihadists, adultery creates the need to traffic women and young girls in an unlawful manner. Therefore, it acts as a start of the circle of more new evils. In addition, although the Quran acknowledges the act of slavery, it prohibits trafficking of girls and women and in particular does not condone any sexual relations with the abducted girls. In this sense, the Tunisian women who are involved in these activities greatly go against the Islamic laws and are eligible for punishment (Kassam, 2010). Conclusion Jihadists all over the world have been portrayed to execute worse forms of the Islamic religion and beliefs. Although fighting the Jihad war is allowed in Islam when it is done in the correct manner, most of them are engaged in acts that are completely shunned by the religion. They are not only involved in acts of adultery but also the forceful trafficking of the girls and women who are subjected to the prohibited deeds. It is therefore important that when such acts are discovered, the jihadists are subjected to the harsh punishments that are related to both adultery and the wrongful trafficking of the girls and women. Part 2 Modern Muslim Sexual Jihad Introduction There has been a current trend in Turkey where girls and women are forced to travel all over the world to the Middle East through Turkey. This is just not the normal form of abduction or slavery but the forceful use as jihadists comfort. This is completely unacceptable as it violates most of the ideologies in the Muslim faith. Thus, among Muslims, such acts should be completely shunned and the involved culprits punished according to the Islamic customs. Forceful transportation of girls and women to be Jihadists comforters Women and girls in their 30s are forced to travel around the world to the Middle East via Turkey, where they are held in camps to offer sexual comfort to the jihadists. Modern Muslim Sexual Jihad 3 women have come out strongly to stop this behavior, an act they have termed as modern slavery. For instance, they have embarked on sensitizing the Islamic women's fraternity that ISIS as a group of terrorists who have little or hardly any understanding, knowledge or whatsoever about the Islam religion and should thus be shunned at all costs (Lohlker, 2013). It is important to note that Islam does not promote actions that are done contrary to what is reflected in the Quran as well as other Islamic teachings. The Quran talks against the formation of unlawful groups in the name of Jihadists. It also shuns the forceful use of girls and women in the jihad activities. Thus, deep knowledge on these areas assists Muslims to understand what is acceptable. This is because, in Islam, it is vital to hold onto the placed human right. More especially, this applies to the modern Islamic nations with regard to the treatment of women. They are not merely objects of comfort for the Jihadists but members of the society who should be treated with a lot of respect. In particular, any acts within which they are involved in should be informed to them in advance so that they are able to make informed choices. The women should thus be knowledgeable about their own rights (Wadud, 2006). In this sense, it is important that the activities of the Islam terrorist group by the title of ISIS should be exposed to the girls and women. They should be taught how to defend themselves from the jaws of these groups as well as any of the actions that they can take in case they are abducted by this group. Islamic teachings should be used to emphasize on the wrong dealings by these groups. Conclusion The use of young girls and women who are in their mid 30s by force as comforters of the jihadists is entirely unacceptable as it violates the rights of the girls. It is even worse as the act of adultery is prohibited in the Islamic faith. As a modern trend, most of the human rights groups have been forced to actively take part in the effort to curb such acts. Additionally, they are involved in the execution of the punishment for those who are found to be taking part in the activities. It is only through the creation of knowledge and awareness that girls and women can be saved from these groups and their activities kept at the most minimal level possible.
