Feedback on the Discussion
In this group’s discussion, board members take part in a discussion to vote on a new proposal. The head of the boards chairs the discussion pointing out factors that require amendment consideration. However, his presence as a communicator does not attract the attention of people taking part in the discussion. Only few members provide eye contact to the speaker. In addition, the members are easily distracted. At one point, one members is seen reaching out for their phone then takes a glass of water. The speaker is not bold enough to capture the attention of members far away from. Responses obtained from the discussion are from board members with close proximity to the speaker. Moreover, at the time of the vote, only few members provide their response. This proofs that they have limited concentration on the meeting.
In providing feedback on the discussion, the speaker in the group should be more bold and passive while addressing the meeting. This would increase the concentration and participation of other group members. The group members, on the other hand, should concentrate on the meeting agenda and meeting coordinator. For instance, a members should not be allowed to touch their phones during the meeting. In addition, all members should be able to take part in the final vote. The lack of full corporation enables the public understand that the discussion may not be meaningful. Additionally, the body language displayed by the members also depict the same.

Methods of Feedback One very effective approach of providing learners with feedback is to establish example before them. In fact, it is the prime responsibility of a trainer to lead by example. Therefore, whenever I give my students a task to perform, I first demonstrate the procedure completely in front of them. For example, if it is about hair-dying, I would not just tell them how to do it, I would actually perform the procedure on a model in front of the whole class. This provides them with an opportunity to observe each step from start to end. I also have the procedure video-recorded and provide the students with the recorded videos to get help in case they forget some step while they perform. When the students have completed...

Discussion feedback

... Discussion feedback Henry should not go for the offer because this action would be unethical in its essence. Firstly there is no sure shot guarantee that the mole in the company will provide them with a copy of the exact and original proposal. Secondly it is totally against to code of ethics to exploit the vulnerabilities of the company by going in the wrong way. Henry should work on his proposal and should make it so strong that all the chances of losing the proposal are minimized. If I were in Lisa’s place I would have explained the top hierarchy about the real situation in the company and would have asked for more time. ... Prof’s Adam Smith Adam Smith was (or possibly the) foundational character in the creation ical economics (Hughes, 2014). His most important contribution to the field of economics was the book An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations (Library of Economics and Liberty, 2014).
