Politics of the Knowledge Introduction Culture is one of the important domains of human behavior. Notably, varied cultures have been generating contradictory values, beliefs, thoughts, and customs within the field of humanity, wherein past decades have given lessons about different logics underlying the thoughts of “Naturalism” and “Constructivism”. Correspondingly, the focus of study is to discuss about these two philosophical logics1. These two logics can change the traditional belief of social and political patterns.

Discussion “Naturalism” and “Constructivism”, both these philosophical logics are considered as completely different from each other in general. In the book “Way of Knowing”, the Jonathon Moses and Torbjom Knutsen have described both logics in a simple manner and its effect on human behavior with respect to their social and political domains. Contextually, both logics have constituted strong patterns within the nature of human beings. As described in the book, “Naturalism” focuses only laws of nature wherein it creates a belief that nature is the ultimate source of living.

Accordingly, the reading described these two logics with the help of god and giant. God is represented as “Naturalism” and Giant is represented as “Constructivism”. As argued in the book, traditional values and beliefs have altogether made social and political patterns complex and unreasonable for modern society. Therefore, social science can help to break these two logics and make the social and political patterns of modern culture more worthy. According to the stated book, social science can change the social and political patterns of traditional culture and develop a modern culture that would further help the philosophers of the social sciences domain to create new patterns.

ConclusionFrom the above discussion, it can be accordingly comprehended that social science makes the traditional logic more complex for social and political patterns. With the help of modern social science, both logics can be reconstructed that will further make the social and political patterns more worthy for the future.
