In the conflict of scarce law and ultimate political interests, the presence of lawyers is fundamental. The lawyers serve as either lamenters or national justifiers in the most sophisticated sinuous fashion. Moreover, governments are always anxious to prevent restrains that influence international law. They prevent the restrains because of the huge effect that it brings in their international politics. Other realists do not deny the relevance of international institutions. They view international institutions as powerful states, availing themselves to further state powers and egoistic self-interest. On the other hand, neo-realists scholars adapt similar perspectives on the issues relating to international institutions or regimes. For instance, Stephen Krasner explains the United State’s decision in creating multilateral institutions such as the United Nations and the World Bank to help regulate classical realists’ decisions (Christine, 2009, p. 61). The United Nations prevents classical realists from relying entirely on unilateralism as one of the strategies to confer legitimacy. Additionally, United Nations strengthens the United States post war supremacy. Self-interest of powerful state may be in harmony with interests of other state. The power given to states makes other states to endorse international institutions despite generative joint cooperative benefits. Christine argues that, this leads to Pareto sub-optimal results in the states (Christine, 2009, p. 61). On the other hand, the League of Nations is an essential element in the teaching of international law and relations. Greater attention is paid on the teachings of Nations since the beginning and the end of world wars. Growing numbers of universities in Great Britain, America and the continent at large, are in need of studies relating to League of Nations (Charles, 2003, p. 17). More nations promote the study of Leagues in a wide scope to serve as textbooks. Besides, there is growing intelligence on the opinions of Nations Leagues. Majority of states wants elementary descriptions of Nations in a chronological records and achievements about the virtues of Nations. Classical realists and the League of Nations both tend to protect the developments in international law and institutions. The need of having powerful laws within a nation help to protect the nations states of politics and bring major developments in the ways of operations. The united nation is the body, responsible for developing legitimate international laws that benefit all the state branches in terms of power and distribution of resources. Classical realists ignore the benefits that international laws and international institutions create in a contemporary society. The presence of legal frames, especially layers dilute benefits that international laws and institutions develop to an individual life. The legal frames have taken different directions in terms of delivering justice in the society. This is the arguments of classical realists based on the importance of international laws in the world. In contrast, leagues nations promote international laws and relations. The nations tend to dilute the ideas of classical realists in terms of bringing legal frames to power. Nations league has generated internationals bodies such as the United Nations, which bind activities of different nations to bring legal frames into power. Moreover, the bodies prevent restrains, which may develop because of ignorance of classical realists in terms law enforcements and practice. External forces such as corruption have corrupted the designs of classical realists in developing international laws and institutions. Nations leagues come into play to protect the actions of classical realists that bring negative implications to the world based on legal frames and justice systems. Effective working between classical realists and the League of Nations requires active participation of bodies like United Nations that regulate both ideas of classical realists and the League of Nations in bringing and developing correct legal procedures, which benefit both classical realists and Nations leagues. The resulting effect of the regulation is peace and proper justice systems within the world that promote international laws and international institutions functions (Hedley, 2002). Power Based Theories of Institutional Designs The distribution of power and national interests influence developments of international institutions. Classical realists will tend to develop designs that promote and develop their interests in international institutions across the world. On the other hand, Nations league distributes power within them to promote their interests in international laws and international institutions. These differences are solved through the creation and developments of regulating bodies such as the United Nations, which act in liberal dimensions’ and promoting international peace in terms of power distribution and national interests. The United Nations therefore is a body formed without the inclusion of classical realist’s ideas and the League of Nations participation, but rather formed by liberal minded people who promote world peace and developments. However, classical realists and the League of Nations ideas might be discussed during annual meetings of the regulating bodies such as United Nations, to promote world peace in power distribution and self-interests. This has an effect to international bodies by promoting and developing relevant bodies that serve power distribution equally and dilute self-interests developments in power managements across the world. Additionally, realists design theories presume that states design legislations favorite fluctuate with their relative power. Besides, realists add that great differences in power lead to low productions of legalization and contrast considerable in casual mechanisms provided in varying design preferences (Christine, 2009, p. 62). Political powers and their influence affect the process of legislation across the world. The need to distribute power equally among different bodies within the world contributes to poor or no legislative developments. This is because of self-interest that majority of people; especially politicians have in the process of power distribution and legislative development. Failure in legal systems promotes illegal practices in a state such as war, crime and global trafficking. These practices accelerate political powers that have the mandate of controlling the legal systems in illegal ways. They have the power to make major decisions in a state for personal gains. The operations of illegal practices develop wars and crime activities in a state that later destroy the justice system in varied ways. Political individuals take control of the state and operate different activities within their powers. They have the power to influence law enforcement agencies and bring developments for their self-interests. This is because of different distribution of power among states that tend to relay on some individuals and at the same time change the ways of operations in a state. Classical realists have generated different ideological perspectives that bring power distribution and self-interests to a halt. They criticize power distributions among states to suit their interests and develop power in varied ways. This has the effect of developing political differences that compete for power distributions in the world. The competition brought by political differences contributes to changes in the world order. Classical realists tend to ignore the international laws and institutions of power distributions among states and these contribute to power failures in states. International bodies like the United Nations regulate the political differences by formulating laws that govern relations between classical realists and the states. Violation of the laws contributes to arrests and detention of classical realists who sometimes reject arrests and these contributes to civil war in states. The wars are because of violation of laws by some individuals in the states and especially, classical realists who tend to ignore the laws because of believe in power distributions and self-interests. Moreover, majority of realists design theories that conceptualize power in terms of gross domestic product (GDP), populations and military capacities (Christine, 2009, p. 62). The three aspects tend to give different views on how realists view distribution of power in states. High GDP, tend to give realists more power in the states since they control major economic developments. They have the power to introduce investors in the countries and give them political advantage over others. The investors develop major companies and create employment to the natives. This automatically, generates power to the realists who become powerful because of their contribution to the gross domestic product of the state. Power distribution tends to give them an advantage over other individuals in the state and create extreme cases of ignorance in the justice system since they have an advantage over other people in the state by contributing towards gross domestic product of a state. Populations’ aspects generate power distribution among members of a contemporary society. Realists believe that a large population will bring difference in political power developments. This is because a large population has different kinds of individuals who have varied ideas about the normal operations of state based on political grounds. Realists believe that the differences in population generate social groups who have the tendencies to take up power to them and use it for personal interests. The developments of military capacities give realists the benefit of powerful regimes. Military capacities have the advantage of having some high power in a state and this contributes to realists’ skeptical ignorance of some of the laws that govern a state. Realists tend to be powerful by the advantage given to them by military capacities that take advantage of their position and give part of their powers to the classical realists. Therefore, populations, military capacities and gross domestic product have significant effect to the powers of classical realists. It is fundamental for states to control the three aspects to avoid unequal distribution of power dimensions’. On the other hand, League of Nations major on the developments and relations of international laws and institutions. They tend to create laws in states that must be followed and equal distribution of political powers through bodies like the United Nations in implementing the laws. The developments in the League of Nations began during the pre-colonial error until postcolonial error. The significance of colonialism to bring power to the people can hardly be overestimated. All regions in the world were either colonial power or colony of the other. The system was deeply rooted in Nations based on political power. Majority of countries that comprise League of Nations practiced public consciousness and political practice. Besides, social groups and communist took anti-colonial positions and developed a league against imperialism (Iris, 2009, p.15). This was mainly to bring distribution of power to levels that majority of the natives could feel the effect positively and bring changes to the world based, on the political differences. Besides, it is fundamental for classical realists, League of Nations and United Nations to join, since they are affected by politics and government revolves around states. This has an advantage of developments in the economy of state and effective justice systems that are implementable. Realists manipulate political power in a society by through concepts such as liberty, rights, equality and power. All these aspects have practical meaning to the states. They tend to change these aspects in all the dimensions’ to suit self-interest or bring changes to the way governments operate based on political grounds.
