It is true that the Russian security system has been circulating around the KGB. In addition, the United States of America have been the greatest threat to Russian security. Therefore, Russia has invested heavily on agents whose work is to spy the activities of the U.S.A2. For example, two former Soviet agents were arrested in U.S.A by the FBI on 13th October, 1998 and were charged of selling military secrets to the capital of Russia, Moscow. On 13th June, 2000, a retired Russian Army Colonel was arrested on the basis of transiting information from USA to Russia in the period of cold war.
