The rigidity of expression of team leadership often reflected perceivable abstinence from democratic values. To be precise, the scope and value of responses and suggestions from the teachers were denied by the supervisors. This scenario resulted in multi-faceted conflicts which affected my productivity. I think a systematic application of Lewin’s principles of action research would bring an optimum solution to such crises. As Bargel (2006) purports, they belong to steps like a clear-cut study of the situation for interventions, determination of goals, equality in the research process, cooperation between stakeholders for mutual respect, harmony through democracy, an equal weight of opinion, creation of knowledge and selection of the change agent.

In my opinion, the implementation of action research solutions can add feasible points to the places like my previous workplace. The need for applying the key aspects of evidence-based management (EBM) in the areas of remuneration, freedom of expression and intra-firm cooperation etc can resolve internal conflicts to a great extent. At last I come to a conclusion that democratic application of theoretical knowledge among socially organized groups will not only eliminate harmful situations like socio-cultural conflicts or ethical and interpersonal issues, but also promote the prime element of harmonious alignment of opinions.
