From the research study that was conducted in Britain among the users of mobile phones, the symptoms of musculoskeletal have developed in most of the young people who frequently uses mobile phones. During data analysis and interpretation, the collected data underwent codification to assign it arithmetical values for easy statistical analysis. The Pearson correlation analysis indicates that mobile phone has -0.205 with self-esteem, 0.302 with depression, 0.406 with anxiety, and 0.309 with stress. According to the research study carries out, it was evidenced that individual behavior and personal traits are associated with mental health problems. They tend to engage them self with mobile phones because they are not able to interact with other people physically. On the other hand, descriptive indicates that self-esteem has skewness value of -0.796, mobile phone (1.127), stress (1.287), depression (1.794), and anxiety (1.481). Based on the research, the young people were the most affected with the problem. They spend most of their time expressing themselves in social networking through the updates of their status and many other things surrounding their lives. Further, the research study indicated that people with low emotional ability and low self-esteem also spend most of their time in social media such as Facebook, twitter, and many others. Generally, neurotic personality and behavior was evidenced to be the most contributing factor to the problem of mental health. The results had the validity of 100 percent, meaning that they are reliable and accurate. Discussion The fact that most of the cases of problematic mobile use are found among the young people other research studies have factored in age into the problem of mental health. Based on the Pearson correlation anxiety, stress, and depression are personal behavior that directly influences mobile phone use that later leads to mental health issues. Therefore, the results indicate that there is a correlation between personal behavior and mobile phone use. According to the research study result, the young people score highly while responding to mental problems because of being confused between self-esteem and extraversion. The fact that age and personal behaviors are related, most of the young people lack the ability to overcome pressure and control themselves because of their age. This inability causes depression in a person, which leads to mood disorder and discomfort. On the other hand, the inability pulls back the person’s ability to function well. The symptoms of feeling of futility, emptiness, sadness, and worthlessness are common among the people who are depressed. Therefore, most of the people who are frequent users of mobile phones and may be social networking suffer from mental health problems. For this problem to be handled effectively, more research needs to be done to identify strategies for preventing the problem. Conclusion The behavior of disclosing negativity in the social media and seeking face to face conversation among the friends because the person is not able to engage in physical conversation indicates characteristics of a person with low self-esteem and neurotic personality. Based on the results of the research result analysis, it is clear that the mental health test of personal traits and behaviors need to be carried out identify effectively and address the mental health problems that associated with the use of mobile phones. However, it is true that personal traits and behaviors are associated or linked with mobile phones addiction and mental health problems. The problem of cell phone use is common evidenced among the youths because at their age they are not able to exercise self-control. In other words, the young people fail or have the low capacity of resisting temptations, particular impulses, and inability to realize useful or harmful activities to people around them.
